Sometimes the content you want on a specific page, is on a different page. Here is an example. When people want to register to your site, they don't like to leave the page they are on. How about the raw html you want, just the sign up fields and no junk. Just the fields you want, to the page your on, without the iFrame, and only load it whenever a user needs it, so it wont slow down the overal performance of your site.
